Shipping to Germany

Delivery is currently available only within Germany. The 2026 product is available for pre-order; delivery starts in November 2026.

• Delivery method: tracked courier shipment
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Delivery starts in November 2026; estimated transit within Germany: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Ordering

• Browse products and add items to your cart
• Review your order at checkout — you can correct any errors before confirming
• Complete payment to place your order
• The contract is concluded when you receive your order confirmation email
• A confirmation email with your order details is sent after purchase

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

• If a bottle arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
